APicView Plan is a simple utility built using the Java programming language that allows you to paste, add or merge images on top of another image. Try out how things would look if you add some features or some fun stuff to the picture e.g. furniture to house, butterflies on flowers etc. You can also change the transparency of the images to get blending effects.
